Cleansing Water

Hello and Happy Friday everyone! Today, I’m going to review something that I have been seeing EVERYWHERE.

Beauty gurus have been seen using this and I’ve seen some bloggers already try this stuff so now it’s my turn. I’m going to give my two cents on Garnier’s Micellar Cleansing Water and see if it’s worth the hype.

I’d like to start off by saying I’m not new to cleansing waters, I have actually been using a Korean brand one for a long time now. If you’re curious about that, refer to my old review on it.

Pros: this product has no oil, alcohol, or fragrance so it’s pretty much perfect for all skin types. It even says it can be used on sensitive skin. I agree, as I have been using this and have had no issues.

It’s easy to use and it actually removes makeup REALLY well. I used a face wipe at first to see if this water would find any leftover makeup and it did. I’m impressed and am now debating on buying better face wipes.

It’s a huge bottle, I’ve been using it for a week now and I’ve barely made a dent in the product.

Cons: I can go on and on about how great this is at removing makeup (because it is) but unfortunately, it doesn’t really get ALL of it. I still had leftover eyeliner.

Now I don’t know if that means I have some badass eyeliner or if this stuff just isn’t as powerful as it claims, but I need all of my eye makeup removed before I go to bed.

With that being said, there is a blue version that claims to remove stubborn makeup like waterproof mascara. Maybe I need to give that a try? Let me know your thoughts!

Enjoyed today’s review? Be sure to like, comment, and follow for more~

With love,
