A Good Night’s Sleep

Hey guys! I hope everyone is having a good start to the week. Mondays seem to be hit or miss. But I’ve got something that might help with unwinding at the end of the day.

I have a bad habit of not being able to fully relax before bed, I either won’t stop thinking or I try to plan my whole week. Why? I don’t even know but lately I’ve really been loving the sleep line from the aromatherapy section at Bath & Body Works.

First product I’m going to be talking about is the Black Chamomile body cream. Sounds freaking awesome doesn’t it? This is my current favorite to use as I’m getting ready for bed, it’s perfect for hydrating my hands while I sleep and it smells divine. I also rub a small amount on my chest.

The description says: bamboo charcoal extract helps revitalize overnight while the chamomile essential oil enhances sleep.

One whiff of this stuff on my hands and chest and I’m already feeling totally relaxed.

I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love the smell of freshly laundered sheets. Uh oh, my 40 year old is showing. Anyway, if you like your sheets to smell amazing then this pillow mist is perfect. Your pillow becomes your very own mini relaxation area, just spritz this stuff and inhale the wonderful scent as you sleep. Lavender vanilla is my go-to.

I enjoy the sleep line so much, I got a body lotion as well. This is in the scent Night Time Tea which honestly, is totally my jam. “Soft and soothing Cedarwood and Orange Essential Oils help calm and comfort like tea before bedtime” now who wouldn’t purchase this?

I don’t want to flat out say that this line has helped me sleep better but it has helped me relax a ton before bedtime. I unwind so much easier with the help of these products so I definitely recommend them!

I had to insert my Japanese Cherry Blossom body cream as well because the new packaging is gorgeous! I switch between this scent and the regular Cherry Blossom one all the time.

With love,
