Work Space Goals

Hello everyone! It’s been raining cats and dogs here in Texas and weather like this usually gets me in a very thoughtful mood.

I feel like a big part of getting creative (especially with writing) is to have a really decent work space. You know, somewhere you get inspired and can concentrate more than usual.

I found some amazing pictures that showcase my ideas and goals for having the best work space. I thought it would be interesting to share with fellow bloggers and see what you guys think. This is also a bit different from “That Perfect Setting” post because this focuses more on work.

This one seems kind of messy but I think that’s the beauty of it, because a work space shouldn’t be tidy ALL the time anyway. I love the fact that books are easily accessible.

Ah, now this one is organized and very simplistic. I absolutely love it. If I were to go for a white theme, this would be one I would model after.

This one is so so SO cozy looking! I love how minimal it seems, but still has a lot of character. The easy access of books is a plus.

This work space is a bit smaller, but I feel like this is perfect for anyone who wants one little area for studying. It’s maybe even a good idea for traveling.

Now this one is the grand master of my goals. I’m OBSESSED with this work space! It’s outside but it still has the sense of being in a room. There is a great vintage feel to this, it totally plays to my tastes.

A fantastic work space can’t be anything without quality stationary. The rest of these pics are basically a writer’s dream.

All of these are brilliant ideas and have gotten me super motivated to eventually create the perfect work space. I’m starting off with baby steps though, I recently bought some cool stationary for myself.

So tell me, does any of this seem like something you would totally enjoy? Let me know your thoughts! (sources of photos came from tumblr)

With love,
