Hey guys, happy Friday to you all! The weekend is finally here and I’m in a good mood because, why not?
The holidays are practically here and I think it’s very crucial to take care of your health. It’s hard, especially in the fall/winter because of flu season and what not. That’s why I’ve decided to finally try multivitamins.
Not even going to lie to you guys, the first thing that drew me in was the fact that these vitamins are in gummy form. Who doesn’t like gummies? It makes being an adult much more fun.
I found these at Wal-Mart so it’s a drugstore thing, anyone can get a hold of these and I think that’s great. Because it’s a multivitamin it supports a lot of things that are vital to immune health, among other things.
I eat two a day and I was pleasantly surprised at how fruity they taste. I was somewhat expecting a chalky flavor but they are actually nice tasting gummies. There is a tiny aftertaste that’s a bit odd but it’s very short lived.
After taking these for a couple weeks, I must say that I have noticed a difference in my overall health. It feels like I’ve been dodging the colds that everyone else is getting this time of year and I have more energy during the day. I feel like it’s a boost to my entire system, I eat them and I get a sort of pep to my step.
And what makes these even better for me is the fact that I live in a small area that doesn’t have a lot of healthy options for fitness so having these vitamins has helped me a lot. I don’t feel like I’m missing out on key nutrients anymore.
